Support for People with Disabilities

If you have any particular requirements that need to be catered for to enable you to attend a course please let us know as far in advance as possible by completing the ‘Special requirements’ section of the booking form and contacting us via email to discuss possible requirements.

We take our responsibilities in relation to equality and diversity seriously. Therefore, if you have any comments or queries on the accessibility of our provision and the inclusivity of our materials, to discuss any difficulties you might perceive in reaching/using the training room, or you have any other queries or particular requirements, please contact us.

Wheelchair access

The Craik-Marshall Building has wheelchair access, but only to the ground floor. The training room is located on the first floor and there is currently no level access available to this level. There are currently no toilet facilities suitable for wheelchair users.

The Pembroke teaching rooms has level and wheelchair access. There are toilet facilities on the ground floor. Please contact us for further information.

Height Adjustable Workstations

The training room at Craik-Marshall Building has two workstations on height adjustable desks and extra space.

Audio Induction Loop

The training room at Craik-Marshall Building is equipped with an Audio Induction Loop.

Visual impairment

We are happy to customise workstations to meet the individual needs of visually impaired people as far as is possible.
