Continuous Improvement at Cambridge - Knowledge Sharing Seminar Special
In this final seminar of 2023, we are offering the opportunity to attend the session that Linda Spinks and Rebecca Shipley gave at the 2023 Lean HE International Conference. They will then share their takeaways from the conference and update you on plans for the next conference here in Cambridge in October 2024
Respect for People: Improving Your Personal Wellbeing - In a world where there is never enough time and we are juggling multiple priorities, this session will explore ways in which to identify areas in our lives that we need to improve and utilise the Lotus Blossom tool to generate ideas for making that improvement happen. Lotus Blossom provides a useful tool at all stages of the continuous improvement cycle whether it is used to find the root cause of a problem or to generate ideas to overcome that problem. In this session, we will demonstrate how it can be used to address more personal areas for improvement Delegates will work in pairs or individually in order to get hands-on practice with the tools and techniques.
- As always, there will be an open discussion and opportunity to discuss the Continuous Improvement initiatives that delegates are involved in and seek advice from colleagues across the group.
- Colleagues across the Collegiate University with an interest in process improvement.
- Further details regarding eligibility criteria are available
