- To explore the role, responsibilities and skills of an effective facilitator
- To know how to put yourself across calmly and confidently
- To understand strategies for delivering effective workshops, including understanding and managing individual and group dynamics
- To reflect on your own facilitation style and the opportunity for peer to peer feedback and support
