Advanced CamSIS Search Unscheduled Not bookable

CamSIS Search is a tool used within CamSIS to create lists of students and update student data. This course will show you how to use it to a more advanced level.

Graduate students may apply for changes to their student circumstances via their CamSIS self-service account. Such changes include intermission (a break from study), permission to work away from Cambridge, or an extension to submission date. Further details explaining the process can be found here Changes in Circumstance

This online course explains how to use the Status Overviews (Records) Pivot Tile to track pending Change In Circumstances applications. There is one click through slide followed by a video section that is audio described (length 4 minutes 30 seconds).

Creating College transcripts and verification letters can be a confusing procedure to master, if you need to create, download and edit transcripts for students, then this training will help you. The video takes you step by step through the process. You can start, stop or replay each slide, and the video is audio described if you prefer to listen to the captions. To the right hand side of the video there is a menu so you can select to view the section relevant to you. You will also see a 'Resources' tab there, where you can download other files that may help you.

Please note that this guidance is for 'unofficial transcripts'. Students can request official academic transcripts through Student Self Service
