Through interactive and practical exercises, we will cover how to prioritize tasks, manage your workload, and develop effective time management strategies that can be applied to any research project. We will cover topics such as setting SMART goals, developing project timelines, and identifying and managing project risks. Additionally, you will learn how to identify time-wasters, manage interruptions, and optimize your work environment for maximum productivity.
