Description
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low impact flexibility and muscular strength. It emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance, to help improve the 'core muscles' of your body leaving you relaxed and free of tension.
All abilities welcome!
Target audience
- Staff, students and visitors (from other departments or outside the University of Cambridge) working at Department of Physics
