Objectives
  • Understand key Core HR and workforce structures concepts and terminology​
  • Carry out new starter activities as a member of HRSS​
  • Carry out new starter activities as an administrator​
  • Carry out new starter activities as a member of immigration and compliance​
  • View and complete new starter/onboarding journey tasks as a pending worker, employee, manager, administrator and member of HRSS​
  • Create a skinny HR record as a member of payroll​
  • Update personal information as an employee​
  • View team employment information as a manager​
  • Maintain employee personal information as an administrator​
  • Update employee assignment information as an administrator​
  • Update international working arrangements as a member of global mobility​
  • Approve administrator-initiated assignment changes as a member of HRSS​
  • Amend/update employee assignment information as a member of HRSS​
  • View organisation structures as a member of HRSS​
  • Resign as an employee​
  • Terminate an employee/assignment as an administrator​
  • Reverse a termination as an administrator​
