Cancellation and Non-attendance

If you change your mind, or can no longer attend a module for which you have booked a place, please take a few moments to cancel your booking. If you cancel giving two full working days' notice, your department will not be charged for the module; if a module is oversubscribed, cancelling an unwanted place will enable another student to attend.

How to cancel your booking

• Choose Your Bookings
• Choose the relevant booking
• Select Cancel booking
• Select a reason for cancellation
• Choose Cancel Booking

Repeat and late cancellers

If you are found to be cancelling repeatedly or making a number of late cancellations you may be penalised. We may either levy a charge or refuse your attendance on future training courses.
