Development & Alumni Relations: Association for Project Management - Project Fundamentals Qualification

Description

The syllabus covers the key elements of the project management life cycle including; planning and scheduling, communication, stakeholders, reporting and risk management. This is suitable for those who are relatively new to project management or those who require insight into project management processes and techniques. This foundational course will provides a base line understanding onto which participants can build with more advanced courses.

The fourth day will conclude with a one hour multiple choice exam which will lead to a certificate from the Association for Project Management.

  • Development and Alumni Relations staff
  • Further details regarding eligibility requirements are available
Prerequisites
  • You must attend all four taught sessions and complete the exam (session 5) to be awarded the qualification

  • This training programme is delivered by Provek Ltd
Duration
  • Four half day taught sessions 09:00-12:30
  • One hour multiple choice exam commencing at 13:45 on the final day
