Wed 5	Moodle: Getting Started Finished 10:00 - 13:00 University Information Services, 17 Mill Lane Training Room Moodle as the Virtual Learning Environment will be supporting teaching and learning at the University. This training session will introduce participants to Moodle and cover the system basics such as the course structure, enrolment to a course, and roles for course members.
	Excel for CamSIS Users Finished 14:00 - 17:00 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 1 Delegates will learn how to use shortcuts in Excel to improve their productivity, and also techniques for analysing complex data quickly by using pivot tables.
Thu 6	Moodle: Getting Started Finished 14:00 - 17:00 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 2 Moodle as the Virtual Learning Environment will be supporting teaching and learning at the University. This training session will introduce participants to Moodle and cover the system basics such as the course structure, enrolment to a course, and roles for course members.
Mon 10	Moodle: Managing Access within Your Course Finished 10:00 - 11:30 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 2 This advanced training session will introduce participants to various ways of managing access to the course material in Moodle, including groups and groupings.
Tue 11	Moodle: Online Submissions Finished 14:00 - 15:30 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 2 This advanced training session will introduce participants to the Assignment activity and cover the main features of online submission set up and grading.
Wed 12	Moodle: Getting Started Finished 10:00 - 13:00 University Information Services, 17 Mill Lane Training Room Moodle as the Virtual Learning Environment will be supporting teaching and learning at the University. This training session will introduce participants to Moodle and cover the system basics such as the course structure, enrolment to a course, and roles for course members.
	CamSIS: An Introduction Finished 14:00 - 17:00 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 1 CamSIS is Cambridge’s system for handling student information, records and transactions, from initial contact and application all the way through to graduation. This course will teach you the basics of using the system to view and maintain student records and to produce basic lists of students.
Mon 17	Moodle: Training for Coordinators Finished 14:00 - 15:30 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 2 Moodle as the Virtual Learning Environment will be supporting teaching and learning at the University. This is an advanced course for those who manage categories in Moodle and would like to learn more about existing features, such as permissions, cohorts, and course history.
Tue 18	Moodle: Feedback from the Course Members Finished 14:00 - 15:30 University Information Services, Roger Needham Building, Ely Training Room 2 Moodle as the Virtual Learning Environment will be supporting teaching and learning at the University. This is an advanced course for those who administer courses in Moodle and would like to use the Feedback activity to survey their course members.

This course will show you how to understand the data structure and how to use CamSIS Search to create student lists. You’ll also learn how to run reports and queries within CamSIS.
