SCM Staff Management Essentials - Managing Probation (In-Person)

This session will provide line managers with guidance on how to manage an employee’s probation period, including how to make probation periods meaningful, how to conduct review meetings, potential probation outcomes and how to address performance issues in line with best practice and University policy.

The seminar will last 1 and a half hours with an additional half an hour available at the end of the session for additional questions and support.

Please note that this in person session will be held in Seminar Room 12 and is for Clinical School staff only. Attendance is limited to 20 attendees.
