A talk by Dr Miriam Lynn

This thought provoking session enables staff to gain an understanding of the importance of recognising our bias and to begin thinking about the impact of our own bias in relation to the decisions we make and how we interact with colleagues and students.

Target audience

This session is suitable for staff of all levels at the University of Cambridge Anyone who is involved with the recruitment of staff / interviewing is strongly encouraged to attend.
