Description

This online course is intended to provide some basic information about health and safety in the University and help you to understand your responsibility to: Keep yourself safe, look out for the safety of others, and co-operate with your department and the University.

Further information

There are a few sections to complete for this course. You should aim to complete the one called ‘Safeguarding yourself and others’ in your first week and the remaining sections within one month of starting. The whole course should take you approximately one hour. It incorporates video so please ensure that you have access to headphones or speakers.

Charging

College staff and "non-University staff" should attend in-house induction training. There may be a charge for College/non-University staff accessing this online training, see charging for further information
