Join us for this masterclass to find out how you can manage your time differently and increase your impact in your research and wider projects. Our time is our biggest asset and we need to develop our time management skills throughout our career and life to take into account new responsibilities and environmental factors.

We will cover:

- What do you do with your time? We will identify a range of diagnostic tools which can help you prioritise your time management challenges and identify habits which impact your productivity. - Using you time more effectively and becoming time affluent: We will explore ways to manage time efficiently and effectively without feeling exhausted at the end of the day! - The art of motivation and focus: We will assess the role of feelings, emotions and mindsets in our ability to focus and maximise our research and impact.
