Getting Connected: For Researchers in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (STEM)

An official welcome from the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPdA). This event consists of two sessions so as to give postdocs an opportunity of attending either a morning OR an afternoon session as best suits. Both sessions will include brief interactive presentations from the OPdA, Careers Service and Personal and Professional Development (PPD) whose principal role is to support the University's research staff.

'Getting Connected in Cambridge: Insights and opportunties for Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics research staff' will provide invaluable information on how to navigate life as a researcher in Cambridge.

Postdoctoral researchers have an option of either attending Session 1 which runs from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm OR session 2 which runs from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm

• Refreshments and eats will be served

• A session of two and a half hours with half an hour break.
• Refreshments & eats will be served during the break.
