Description

In today's fast-paced world, remote work has become a norm, and engineers must be equipped with the right tools to excel in this environment. This workshop will cover various aspects of remote collaboration. You will gain insights into the challenges and disadvantages of remote teams and learn strategies to overcome them. Understanding the importance of psychological safety and rapport building, you will discover techniques to foster trust and connection among team members in a virtual setting. Intercultural aspects of remote collaboration will also be explored, as diverse teams may face unique communication and cultural challenges.
