- To increase cohesion between the OSC and RIO
- Opportunity to think about process problems in a new way
- In-service - refresher on our systems

Included a session on Continuous Improvement – Lean and how it can help us (Linda Spinks - UIS) This brief session will provide a high level introduction to the principles of Lean and how they can be applied within the HE environment. The session will include some hands on activity to demonstrate Continuous Improvement in action.
