Amicus - For new starters
Description
This course covers the foundation knowledge required to get you started using Amicus. The following topics are covered in the course:
- An overview of Amicus and it's uses
- How to log in and navigate
- Viewing contact and prospect records
- How to update biographical details
- A look at contact preferences
- How to run reports
Target audience
This course is for new staff to CUDAR or Homerton College who have joined since February 2017 and have not received any Amicus training previously.
Prerequisites
You must complete the following online courses prior to attending this course:
- Data Protection for Development and Alumni Relations
- Amicus access policy for all Amicus users
- Amicus Code of Conduct
