Description
This course covers the system steps to add or edit biographical data in Amicus:
- Adding and editing addresses
- Adding and editing email and phone numbers
- Updating primary contact details
- Adding and editing other biographical information
Target audience
This course is suitable for fundraising and alumni relations staff within CUDAR and Colleges who have fully migrated to Amicus.
Prerequisites
You must complete the following online courses prior to attending this course:
- Amicus online - Logging in and navigation
- Amicus online - Viewing a contact record
- Amicus online - Viewing a prospect record (for users accessing fundraising data only)
